Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a legal resident of Rhode Island
• Employees of Brightline Pressure Washing LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Up to 6 entries per person/household

Prize Details

• Prize: 5 years of exterior house cleaning services (one cleaning per year for 5 years)
• Estimated value: Up to $10,000
• Services must be scheduled within reasonable timeframes
• Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
• Winner must use services at Rhode Island property

Entry & Selection

• Entry period: September 1st, 2025 to September 13th, 2025
• Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries
• Winner will be announced on September 14th, 2025
• Winner will be contacted via email and phone
• Winner will be congratulated on our social media platforms via a public posting
• Winner has 30 days to claim prize

Referral Program

• Each successful referral earns referrer one bonus entry
• Referred person must complete full entry form
• Referred person must be eligible per these terms
• If referrer wins, referred person also wins identical prize

Service Terms

General Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Brightline Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Services are provided subject to weather conditions and scheduling availability.

Liability

Brightline Pressure Washing LLC is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance for all services performed. Customer is responsible for ensuring access to property and removing any obstacles that may interfere with service delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Customer may cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees.

Marketing Communications

By entering the giveaway, you consent to receive marketing communications via email and SMS. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.

Privacy

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
